The Shrubbery is one of East Anglia's leading recording studios. Located in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, the studio is centrally located with excellent road and rail access to Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich, Norwich and London. The Shrubbery Recording Studio features a combination of state of the art digital and classic analogue recording equipment. Our air-conditioned control room is fully equipped with a 24 channel Trident Dream Series mixing console and SSL digital converters. Name: Lewis Mokler Date: Thu 28th June 2012 Review: The Shrubbery was the most brilliant place to record my debut album, Fingertips, at. The owner, Richard Clark, put so much time and effort into the recording, mixing & mastering of the album. If I hadn't have gone with them we probably wouldn't have had the chart success and radio attention which has come from it's release. As well as this their in-house cafe was perfect to supply us with the much needed food and drinks through long days of recording. The Shrubbery, Great Studio, Highly Recommended! Richard always goes the extra mile to get the sound I'm after, and he definitely has a good ear for the best equipment to use for each recording. I've always been more than pleased with the results. Great studio, lots of new and vintage gear, a very relaxed atmosphere..... and there's also a shrubbery cafe attached, so you don't even need to leave the studio to get your lunch! Great rates, facilities, and all round experience. The Shrubbery Name: Metropolis Date: Mon 21st May 2012 Review: Superb facility with friendly and knowledgable staff. Always happy to go that extra mile and provide a flexible, professional service. We also found their adoption of Logic Pro as their primary DAW very useful indeed. Would highly recommend. Review:
The Shrubbery was the most brilliant place to record my debut album, Fingertips, at. The owner, Richard Clark, put so much time and effort into the recording, mixing & mastering of the album. Review:
I've recorded at The Shrubbery a number of times now. Richard always goes the extra mile to get the sound I'm after, and he definitely has a good ear for the best equipment to use for each recording. I've always been more than pleased with the results.
