Full disclosure: I used to work at Metropolis as an assistant. The stunning Powerhouse building itself casts a huge presence on tracking sessions here. It's so imposing that it can really bring out the elusive "vibe" factor in a tracking session. That said, I can also imagine, shy artists possibly finding this a little too much, and preferring a smaller more intimate surrounding. Studio E is the 5.1 mix room with an SSL 9000K console. I've mixed some great tracks in this room. It could do with a little sprucing up in terms of newer outboard, but all of the essentials are there.
