Richard combines his own impressive knowledge of the recording process, with a desire to make sure the band are involved in key decisions so they get what they want from the process. This is a very well equipped studio both in terms of musical equipment and recording hardware/software, and Richard put a great deal of work in to ensuring we were happy with the finished project. Rich really listened to my ideas and understood what I wanted to achieve. He was really good at explaining the recording process and this helped me gain the optimum from my voice. Thanks AudioForge, I definately recommend and will be back for more. acoustic capture Name: Keo Vaych - vocal duo Date: Sun 10th March 2013 Review: Just excellent for delivering the nuances of acoustic instruments, nothing brash about the internal room acoustics, everything controlled & predictable. Selection possibilities for mics are extensive and the Logic Pro 9.2 (I think) is easy to follow and get really good results in the engineering and mix-down. There's been very little in the way of corners cut in spccing-up this set-up.... you can just tell! Session work for a couple of other singers has put us in a good place to record some of our own stuff too. Well.... you like to try before you buy! Very competitive rates available, if you consider the other facilities around the locale. Audio Forge Studio Name: Uber Doofer Date: Sun 10th March 2013 Review: As a project studio, top-end all the way.... accuracy of capture and all of the plug-ins you'd want to shake a stick at. 24 track simultaneous capability is rare in a project set-up, but when you consider recording a band live.... the drum kit needs 11 mics. Perhaps originally designed with acoustic drums in mind, the live space is very neutral, that means you can play a tune on it in the mix. Residential location, but extremely well lagged and so, very little sound leaks out. Air conditioned surroundings made it a pleasure recording our classic rock & blues backing tracks so we can go out around the pubs & parties as a duo - or even solo. We'll go back again!

Review:
We recently worked with Richard for a day at his studio to record a couple of tracks to promote our band.
