Situation
Monnow Valley Recording Studios is situated amidst undulating countryside on the borders of Monmouthshire and Herefordshire. The historic town of Monmouth is within 5 minutes drive, whilst Abergavenny, Hereford and Ross-on-Wye are within 30 minutes. London 2.5hrs.
The A40 runs through Monmouth giving easy access to the national motorway network, Bristol and Birmingham.

The Property
The present Old Mill House has been used as a successful recording studio for a number of years and has hosted a variety of famous rock bands. The actual house dates back mainly to the 17th Century but records show that the building has occupied this site for much longer.
