Lcoated in a proud “music incubator” and hub of music production, management, publishing & label, based in a studio complex in West London, Acton.
On offer is one comfortable studio comprising a Control Room (no vocal booth) with connectivity to a live room, shared with additional programming suites which also tie into the studio. There is hallway servicing storage / tech rooms, kitchen and further ambient space used as a live area.
Approaching its 10th year anniversary, the studio complex has achieved great successes over the years producing and developing artists such as Mumford and Sons, Bastille, The Vaccines, Ministry of Sound, Wiley, Carl Barrat, Devlin, Lethal Bizzle and more.
CONTROL ROOM
The space is currently acoustically treated and sound proofed to appeal to producers, songwriters, composers, programmers and mix engineers. The studio and communal areas will be refurbished in April 2017 to a high spec.
Furnished to a very high standard, the rooms available includes:

Fee is negotiable, dependent on client requirements. Starting from £400 PCM (inclusive of all Rates, Wi-Fi and equipment usage) for access in the day times and occasionally after 6pm throughout Monday – Sunday.

Security:
The studio is located in a secure development. As well as a comprehensive alarm system, there are external security bars, an electric roller shutter on the front door and 24/7 security overnight and all weekend. Access to the estate is locked to the general public overnight and over the weekend, only tenants have access.
Location:
This is a well managed and character filled recording studio complex near to Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Acton Central (Overground) and Acton Town (Central line), on the Uxbridge Road 5 mins drive north west of Shepherds Bush. The complex also has free private parking with a delightful park opposite the studio complex, great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants as immediate neighbours!
