The APRS has made a ‘call for content’ for a new book ‘Great British Recording Studios’ which will focus on the technical aspects of British studios from the 1960s and ’70s. Writers Howard Massey and Matt Frost have interviewed a number of people over the past year and have got their hands on some great pictures and drawings of recording facilities from the period. But the APRS still wants more stories images and memories from those who worked in studios at the time and were part of the various developments changes and breakthroughs that took place over the years. If you have something to contribute or know of someone that Massey (otrw@earthlink.net) or Frost (frost.writer@googlemail.com) should contact get in touch as soon as possible. The deadline for submissions is August 1st 2013.
