Sonic Vista Studios is a residential recording, mixing and mastering studio, set on a hillside, in a 400 year old villa just twelve minutes from Ibiza Town and seven minutes from the airport. Designed, built, owned and managed by recording engineer Louis Henry Sarmiento, Sonic Vista opened in 2004 and is at the epicentre of Ibiza’s globally renowned music culture. Boasting a private and secluded setting, it offers fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea as well as easy access to many beautiful locations on the island.
Henry told us, “Sonic Vista is a state of the art studio. We provide a relaxed, inspiring, yet focused environment for artists, to help bring out their full creative potential, and we are able to deliver industry standard professionalism to all our clients by enlisting the knowledge and experience gained by top industry professionals operating at the top of their game for over twenty years. We have three studios located at the villa as well as a remote rig for mobile recording and we were the first studio to bring a full Pro Tools HD system to the island. We offer a wide range of services, from recording and mixing to remote recording and mastering, giving our clients access to the latest in digital tools as well as the finest analogue equipment available.”

Henry continued, “Sonic Vista has played host to many of the world’s top artists and writing teams, including 50 Cent, Lady Gaga, Taio Cruz, Akon, Swedish House Mafia, Andy Taylor, The Ting Tings, Ms. Dynamite, Steve Lawler, Cafe Del Mar and Ibiza Rocks. We provide a full range of amenities to make this a productive environment for composing and producing. We have wi-fi from anywhere on the premises. Mountain and sea views can be experienced from terraces around the entire villa. Our pool area is a great place to take a swim or bask in the Ibiza sun, with fruit and olive trees providing shade when needed. And, to top it off, we are located just minutes from the best beaches the island has to offer.”
